Prototype
The company has a plastic and metal mold department with top class facilities in hardware and software; More than 10 mold designers who have rich experiences in this field, all kinds of advanced production equipments, eg. more than 30 sets of equipments for precision molding including CNC mahining center, wire walking, wire cutting machine, EDM, milling, precision grinding machines etc. The common steel for tooling is S136,NAK 80 and 718H etc.
Second, we could make rapid tooling , which is a way to simplify the mould structure for low cost & short lead-time. It's commonly used in the field of rapid injection moulding, based on the low-volume requirement.
Third, we could provide prototype services to our customer. If you want to see the sample of products before make formal injection mold, that will be a good way for you to make prototype. As it is low-cost to see the sample in a short time, normally 7 to 10 days.
